Honoured by the visit of Lindsey Pollaczek
On March 18, 2022, Lindsey Pollaczek, Vice President of Fistula Foundation in charge of Programs, visited HEAL Africa in Goma, a traditional partner of Fistula Foundation in the care of fistula patients.
This is her first visit to this organization that has treated hundreds of women with fistula in the Democratic Republic of Congo with funds from the Fistula Foundation.
Lindsey was accompanied by Ms. Habiba Corodhia Mohamed, Kenya Country Director of the Fistula Foundation.
The two hosts came to see the current status of fistula treatment activities in DRC after the difficult times the world has experienced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It was an immense joy at HEAL Africa to welcome these two distinguished visitors, who were warmly welcomed by fistula patients.
